How do I claim a BT reward?
To get your BT broadband reward, you simply need to claim it from BT. After the broadband is activated, BT will send an email with full instructions; follow the link and log in to claim online through your BT account. For more details, check out our guide on how to claim vouchers from top providers.
Any additional offers (such as Amazon Vouchers) will come from Broadband Genie automatically. You won't need to do anything extra to claim these rewards.
How can I get rewards with other providers?
BT regularly dishes out rewards vouchers with its broadband packages. Check out our broadband reward hub, and you can see how BT's rewards offers currently fare against other providers:
- Virgin broadband rewards: Virgin Media regularly offers bill credit with broadband deals for new customers.
- Vodafone broadband rewards: Vodafone often offers shopping voucher gift cards for new sign-ups. Check out its rewards page to see if anything is available.
- Sky Free Gifts: Gift cards are commonly offered to Sky Broadband customers, and the value can often be up to £100.
- Three home mobile broadband rewards: Rewards for Three 4G and 5G deals are rarer, but it has been known to offer shopping gift cards to spend at Amazon, M&S and Tesco.
