EE Home Broadband Reviews

Didn't hear great reviews about it but still decided to give it a go. It proved me wrong because it's all good, no problems!

EE are friendly on the rare occasions I have needed to phone them over the years and have always made me feel appreciated as a customer

I think that the price is too high

Broadband packages usually work well.

EE are easy to deal with, I always use the local store for take up or upgrade services

The reason for reviewing my provider is because they are trustworthy , they do the right thing, they are friendly, if there's any little problem they attend to me

I like my provider, and the network is good.

Reliable and matches the speed advertised. Customer service isn't the best though.

I think the network is stable.

This is generally a solid provider, I could probably be getting a little more bang for my buck and that could be chased up better but otherwise I'd say its reliable and i don't have to think about it much.

I have EE FTTC - and it works fine. I get around 72 Mbps download...

EE have been absolutely fine, speed is perfectly good enough for general household use and it doesn't go down very often. When it did go down, it was a little frustrating getting a response but it did get sorted in the end.

Ridiculous, am using this as it's free if you're a BT broadband customer while I wait 2 weeks for engineer as moved home, but it's so annoying.You spend half the time logging in,and instead of just one simple log in page, first you go through a generic page and have to click login (then wait) then next page enter email, then click what applies to you, then wait again for another page to load and then enter password and wait for another page to load and it says you are connected... then a few minutes later you have to go through it all again, what a load of &*^%$ to stay on fot more than 15 mins is a miracle and to log on with a mobile took me 20 minutes because it keeps reverting back a page AGHHHH

I've given EE a 1 star rating because the broadband is rubbish the signal doesn't fully reach upstairs and randomly disconnects from devices, STAY AWAY from EE it's a con

Changed over to ee full fibre and digital home phone as recommended by ee shop. Installation was good, but no caller display on home phone. Called ee who promised they would have it fixed in 24 hours. Now, no home whatsoever. Called again, they couldn't fix it without escalating to specialist unit. A week later still waiting, but no home phone, which we rely on.

We were charged more than expected on our latest bill, and are currently paying £10 more than new customers for the same broadband package. Spoke to Simon in billing, who was extremely sympathetic, but EE flat refused to allow us out of our contract despite charging us more than we were told to expect, nor would they give us a better deal. They clearly value new over existing custom and do not care about current customers. Explained we are on low income, and tried to change our contract to BT's low income package (BT owns EE), but EE again refused this as they are 'bringing in the same package in 6 months' so we're not allowed to switch until then. Absolutely shameful company - do not get sucked in by their special offers, once you're in contract they'll charge what they want and you will be unable to leave, even if your financial circumstances change and you're unable to pay your bill. Additionally, EE's pricing is some of the highest on the market - we're now paying £40 a month just for broadband - we could get the same package for £25 from a different supplier. Simon was as helpful as he could be, this complaint is not aimed at him, but EE are a disgusting company - use them at your peril.
