Cancelling Onestream if you’re still in contract
To cancel Onestream when you’re still in contract, follow the same process. Just be warned, you'll face an early termination charge for the remaining months of your contract. Because of this, you're best off waiting until the contract has finished.
Cancelling Onestream if you’re moving home
If you cancel your Onestream broadband contract before the end of its minimum term, you may be charged an early termination fee.
Onestream asks that you give at least 16 days notice, so it can check the availability at your new address. If it does serve your address, but you can't get the same product, you may have to downgrade. This is likely if you were previously on a full fibre package, but your new home has an older fibre connection.
You can get in touch with the Onestream team to discuss a house move by using the Live Chat option.
Onestream early cancellation fees
If you cancel mid-contract, then Onestream will charge a fee for each month remaining. You can find more details about specific fees in its price guide.
