Terrible slow speeds for higher price then better competitors , we had talks talk before and god what a downgrade it’s been , they claim it’s “super fast” meanwhile it’s slower than an oldie crossing the road , should call it super lack lustre instead do not recommend

When good good when bad blinking awful. Stick to whoever own the phone lines. No Internet for 12 days and nothing at all Sky can do ! Apart from get passed around from lots of different call centres around the world ! Avoid

Surprisingly poor WiFi compared with my other Vodafone router and previous BT supplier. We opted for the fastest fibre links for all properties. The sky supply doesn't yet fulfill our expectations. If the QoS fails to deliver soon we'll have to change as work will suffer if not. We've had the supply for 3 months now.

I have used Sky for my broadband for many years at several locations and have never had any reliability issues, with service always received as expected. As with most things, there are always going to be cheaper options but I have always found Sky to be reasonably competitive - particularly when combined with TV packages. Customer service-wise, the phone operatives tend to be helpful and will often assist with finding the best deal to suit (particularly when prompted). All in all, I cannot find too much fault, save for the automatic significant contract hike upon fixed term expiry.

Product reliable. But my prices went from £38pm to £89pm. Loyal customers are penalised. A new customer can still pay £38 per month but I can't. The lowest they would would drop to was £78. But if I cancel and wait 24 hours I can go into a store and be set up as a new customer again at the cheaper price. Madness and the people who work there know it and are embarrassed too. I didn't want to leave sky but they clearly wanted me to leave. So off to virgin I go. Same channels I always had but 10x quicker internet speed (which I don't really need) and £33per month. Not £89.

Hello! I glided through other review and thought that my Sky seems goes under another team called ‘quite capable’. Joining, changing of the package, getting the speed- all was easy to the point that it was kind of unremarkable. There was a few times, especially prior to changing the package, that the net went down. Always in the middle of online meeting, so it etched in my memory but right now all is just fine. They came when they said they will. There is no issues… the price is disputable but still on the par with others as I looked. Overall - despite what I read - I do like their service and would recommend them based on my experience.

Changed to Sky fibre a month ago. Internet went down 10 days ago and still not fixed. Customer service is poor to say the least. No updates provided on their sites and when I phone I get very little - one agent even started arguing back with me as apparently it's not Sky's fault it is BT open reach???? Erm I am Skys customer so it is their responsibility to keep me informed and provide a decent customer service when faults occur. Unable to work from home and no information on what has caused the problem or likely timeliness to get it fixed which is unacceptable in this day and age.

Contracted sky tv stream and sky broadband contact state the price is for 18 months clearly and by their correspondence by phone and email nothing that the price will change after 8 months to almost double I contacted them by twitter’s and by emails and by phone no one could explain to me that in my contract state that the price not for 18 months all my correspondence was waste of time waiting for my contract to finish as soon as finish I will definitely switch to other provider. As I can’t trust them and I wouldn’t recommend them to any one as contract they send is lie and waste of paper

We have been waiting over a month for our Sky Broadband connection to be enabled. We have had some Openreach engineers visit but there is zero management of the issue by Sky not any communication from them around the issue. We have to phone up daily for an update from a customer services advisor who knows nothing and cannot seemingly do anything to help. Going with them I would describe as a massive mistake. My advice would be to avoid like the plauge, may be well priced but not if you end up with a service that never works and with no desire on thir part to remedy that.

absolutely shocking service for years, but when we went to upgrade the internet speed they said it would require an engineer visit, which was initially delayed, then cancelled on the same day, then delayed again, its been 6 weeks and i am no closer to a scheduled visit. complete joke after paying 120 quid a month for 20 years

Enquired about sky stream, was advised to also get sky fibre as was on a 50mb broadband connection, was working from home for 3 years without issue as a IT technician. From day one had connectivity issues. I told them there was a connectivity issue. Their network team blamed my laptop and my wife’s work laptop, even though she could connect at work without any issues and told us they were causing the issues and to go back to the manufacturers. Cancelled sky went over to another provider and funny enough everything works perfectly. Sky treat customers as idiots. Guess what customers walk away

Was upgraging to full fibre, Openreach fitted the line and activated it. They also removed the copper wire whilst fitting new fibre, this was on the 26th of July. We never had internet access until 9th of August, the Openreach guy told us to phone sky and ask for the router to be sent out. We phoned repeatly only to be told that the router had been sent out, we found out that sky just tell you anything to get you off the phone. The customer service was and is diabolical
