Used AAISP in two houses and have been with them for over 10 years. During that time my experience has been flawless, with excellent support and genuinely helpful and well-informed staff who rapidly respond to problems and quickly answer the phone. Yes, you pay more. But you get what you pay for here. If you care about a good product then this will leave you happy and relaxed. You will get the best speeds that your line can support, and if you choose fiber then that means very good speed indeed. You can use your own router or AAISP's supplied router which is competent, but AAISP are happy to support using your own router and have great knowledge-base articles for setup and configuration including IPv6 setup. I cannot see anything that would make me switch from AAISP. They are wonderful.

Wonderful customer service, with quickly answered phone support and knowledgeable staff who can quickly relate problems in the language of experienced IT professionals. Easy to use my own router with details in KB articles and help from support. Service quality is great with speeds matching those advertised and any outages are quickly dealt with. Consider paying more to support a team of skilled and enthusiastic people doing good work!

I've been with AAISP for 8 years now and have no intention of switching away. Yes, they're not the cheapest provider out there, but they're cheaper than many when you get to out of contract prices. The service is second to none. The staff are friendly and helpful, and also very patient with my silly questions. Customer services are their offices, not a call centre, so you actually get someone who knows what they're doing rather than reading from a script. They're also respectful and don't patronise you when they talk you through technical things. I've just moved my copper pair landline to them from BT to take up their VoIP service as well as this works out a lot cheaper for me. The process was smooth, the phones came pre-configured so all I had to do was plug them in and they just worked. Prior to this, the only reason we got Fibre in our village is because of AAISP. Openreach had the cabinet installed but it had faulty equipment that they were reluctant to fix. AAISP customer services nagged them on a daily basis, demanding explanations as to what was taking so long, and keeping me updated on the progress. It took a couple of months, but their dogged determination won out, and I've had flawless fibre broadband since then. They went above and beyond, and I'll be sticking with them until the heat death of the universe.

My broadband speed has been getting worse and worse, AA support claims there is no problem!! Currently an atrocious 56 KB/sec, a modem would be quicker than this.

Been with A&A since July 2016. Worth every extra penny for the odd time I've had a problem. You actually get somebody on the phone who understands the issues and will talk you through a solution, even if it's your own fault. They also have online tools that tell you if a problem is their end, and what they are doing about it. Post office just offered me a big monthly saving, but their reviews are dreadful! I'm sticking with A&A. I have non-fibre, 40Gb package, and it does all I need including a fair bit of iPlayer.

After a year with A&A I'm very glad I made the switch from PlusNet. The price means the service isn't for everyone, but if you want to know what you're getting from a provider with good engineering, A&A can't be beat. My initial switch was painful, due to a cock-up by BT. A&A went above and beyond to help.

Suffered at the hands of the idiots at BT for donkey's years and finally snapped. A. and A. are brilliant and actually deliver what they promise instead of the overblown sales hype of the big providers.Should have changed a long time ago !

Have really struggled with a decent internet connection where we live. Despite government support, there are no plans to have either FTTP or even FTTC at our exchange. Have tried BT copper line, satellite, and 4G - to be honest all poor and unreliable. A friend suggested A&A and tried it more in hope than expectation. How wrong could I be? Excellent customer service (they answer the phone and really knowledgeable people to speak to). Tried an upgrade on one line. All the kit came preconfigured (including passwords) and worked right out of the box (again an unexpected pleasure). After 2 months decided to install a second line and bond with a Firebrick. Again all the new kit came pre-configured and all we had to do was to plug it together. Just run a speed test prior to this review and getting 12Mb, but with the extra bandwidth of 2 lines. I know everyone in cities is getting maybe 50Mb+ with the major carriers but at last I have found a company who actually deliver what they say they can. Not the cheapest of course, but worth every penny. Well done Andrews and Arnold...
