Refund pending since Oct 2024. After several calls and chats, Sky states refund sent on 2 Jan 2025, but as of today, my bank confirmed no pending payment from Sky. I've tried speaking to Sky more than 15 times and seems they are not bothered. Contacts have been a waste of time and not helpful. It is unfair and unacceptable to hold back customers' money, without justifiable reasons, knowing that Sky has been unsupportive and will charge interest on delayed monthly payments as seen a few months ago. Sky is not recommended, is overly priced, and has poor customer service.

I would highly suggest getting another service. Their service is seriously trash. They have failed 3 times to deliver our broadband band. They had us waiting over a month. The first two times they claimed it was due to having the wrong address. However, the Sky tv receiver, not one but two, were delivered to us with no issue to the “wrong address “. The third time the man who was suppose to install our broadband canceled the appointment without notifying us. We never even received a phone call, leaving us yet again without broadband. Only thing the manager had to say was “ I’m sorry for the inconvenience, we could put in another ticket unfortunately you would have to wait another two weeks (on top of the month you have already waited) to have someone come out and install broadband”. If this is how you want to be treated and have time to waste waiting by all means Sky is the way to go.

My broadband provider is pretty reliable with decent speeds and few outages. Setup was easy, and support is helpful, though sometimes slow. It's a bit pricey, but overall, it works well for my needs.

I've had a frustrating experience with SKY Broadband and would not recommend it. The connection is consistently unreliable, with frequent dropouts that make it difficult to stream, work, or even browse. Speeds are nowhere near what was advertised, especially during peak hours when everything slows down significantly.

Very variable service - slow and not stable. Generally nothing exciting about Sky. However, the cancellation process is just awful. They COULD add a button to their app or a link on the website but instead they have this really archaic approach of making you call them and jump through a million hoops just to cancel. No I don't want the £3 discount of a £43 a month renewal - I'm getting literally 20x the speed from my next provider for a lot less than you are charging. Even if the broadband was great the end of service process means I'm going to recommend to anyone asking not to join Sky.

Terrible slow speeds for higher price then better competitors , we had talks talk before and god what a downgrade it’s been , they claim it’s “super fast” meanwhile it’s slower than an oldie crossing the road , should call it super lack lustre instead do not recommend

When good good when bad blinking awful. Stick to whoever own the phone lines. No Internet for 12 days and nothing at all Sky can do ! Apart from get passed around from lots of different call centres around the world ! Avoid
