The tv broadband breaks up occasionally needing to reboot it. Although I updated the router equipment this year and it's improved.

Ugly installation, badly connected poorer reception No complaints dealt with in time frames promised. If you are happy to be kept on hold with distorted music this is just the service for you!

Worst internet provider I have ever had. Spikes every 20 minutes or so to around 1000 ms which means you are unable to join a multiplayer game and anything else that requires WiFi takes ages and you might aswell use mobile data.

Fibre installation incomplete and worse than the installation I started with Externally installation very ugly Poor information provided before arrival Complaints procedure difficult to access Response times terrible All in all I wish I had left installation alone

Reasonable if everything is working okay however absolutely useless if you have any issues and have to contact customer services. I tried over many days to contact them and waited for hours on the phone without success. For the sake of your sanity do not sign up for any BT services, it’s not worth it at any price!

10mb download speed, absolute rubbish, I’ve got 3 boosters and yet still having slow speeds. Wouldn’t recommend to anybody.
