I have not been with them long, was moved over from Shell. I phoned them recently with a problem and they were very helpful. My internet and streaming services are very good too.

I was at end of contract and being unemployed phoned to see if I could change the service I was on. I spoke to a gentleman called Bhav who was absolutely brilliant - they want to hang on to him he's a fabulous customer service bloke. Very knowledgeable as well. Also I wasn't on the phone for hours which is also great. I've chosen to stick with talktalk as I've never had a negative experience and I get great speeds with no drop off. Best provider I've been with.

@TalkTalk after 3 wks without my WiFi, it's finally resolved after a new router. The problem was diagnosed as a router problem by CityFibre within 2 days. Yet it took 3 weeks for TalkTalk to post me a replacement router, after countless hours of me chasing. Nad no compensation. Really POOR customer service. Can't wait to leave TalkTalk at the end of my contract. No more!

I have been using talktalk broadband internet for more that four years and have had a largely positive experience. The set up was seamless and the speed has been consistent. Customer service has been helpful when needed. I will give them 4-5 rating stars.
